RAYMOND ABIONA

RAYMOND ABIONA serves as a partner at the firm, specializing in international trade, corporate/commercial law, and regulatory compliance. He started his legal career at the esteemed law office of U.N. Udechukwu (SAN) & Associates before joining Aekley Solicitors. In his capacity as a corporate and international lawyer, Raymond has overseen the incorporation of more than 200 businesses, demonstrating expertise in diverse structures on both national and international levels. As an accomplished international trade specialist, Raymond has forged collaborations with various international trade entities, including the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration and the U.S. Commercial Service. Additionally, Raymond has delivered strategic counsel to numerous clients within the cybersecurity, manufacturing, and construction industries, among others, successfully navigating the complex processes involved in obtaining permits and licenses for multinational companies worth millions of dollars.
